For Camp Providers:

The categories of personal information that we collect through our website from camp providers includes or may include identifiers such as first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, account name, internet protocol address, online identifier and unique personal identifier; employment information such as company, company address, occupation, title, and employee identification and automatically collected online information such as cookie ID, key stroke patterns and website usage patterns.

We use this information to communicate with you, provide our services to you and to analyze and improve our services.

The categories of third-party persons or entities with whom we may share personal information includes service providers such as web hosting providers, software application providers, payment processors and data analytics providers; contractors such as shipping and logistics providers.

How can you review and request changes to your personal information?

How will you know about changes to our Privacy Policy?

We may make material changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion. When we do so, we will post the new Privacy Policy on our website with its effective date. Continued use of services following posting of such changes constitutes your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the changes. If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue your use of our website and services.

Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals or other similar mechanisms.

May other parties collect personal information from our website?

If you decide to enroll in a camp, we will provide personal information to the camp provider. Otherwise, we do not permit other parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.

Do we collect information from children?

Our website is directed to adults seeking a youth camp for their minor children. We do not direct our website toward children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use our website unless you provide us with your parent or guardian’s name and contact information and they consent to your use of our website. If you are a parent or guardian and think that your child provided personal information on our website, please contact us immediately and, if you request, we will remove such information from our records.

Rights of California residents.

If you reside in California and have provided us with your personal information, you may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests must include your name, street address, city, state, and zip code, and be submitted to us at one of the following addresses: privacy@summersolt.com with the subject "California Shine The Light Request" or cal.shine.the.light@summersolt.com Attention: Shine the Light. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted to addresses other than the addresses specified in this paragraph.

Rights of California residents under the age of 18.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a user of our website, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information that you have publicly posted. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to privacy@summersolt.com. Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.
